if have enough files shared through bittorrent, can have @ program downloaders using download computer.
ok, downloading techy stuff iso of linux distro or deb or rpm etc not taken account. downloading usual stuffs music , videos count.
personal observation within narrow time frame, 4 out of 90 users using either transmission or ktorrent.
not bad linux have stake of higher 4% in total number of pc users or more accurately bittorrent users.
transmission runs on os x. it's not linux program. , afaik doesn't identify differently on either platform.
