Bug in visualization?

hi all,

i'm impacting strange , annoying bug: on upper left corner of screen sometimes

around image description see frame this:

this has happened since i've upgraded lr 3 , subsequent versions until 3.2, , the

problem appears in both develop , loupe modes, no difference.

the video card ati radeon hd 4850 catalyst 10.7, i've tried other driver versions no dice...

os windows 7 x64

is aware of bug? how can file support request?
