LR3.2 Filmstrip does not update correctly for new imported images

installed 3.2 last week , today did first import.

i downloaded camera subfolder photo folder , run synchronize on photo folder in order images appear in lr.

after looks used but...

however, when scroll filmstrip new thumbnails enters view not have images, grey.

if stop scrolling vill update , show images.

it's totally annoying because can forget scrolling images want take @ because don't know are.

i have guess , wait update.

if go images looked @ before thumbnails still there once been updated stays so.

grey thumbs in filmstrip suggests thumbnails images has not been created after import. happens when importing minimal preview lr type, in case images visible in grid or filmstrip have thumbs. importing embedded & sidecar preview option automatically fetch of thumbs. however, in both cases still need render standard or full sized previews before trying work on images.
