How to remove SIGN option when extending features in Acrobat

here's summary of issue:

 

1) created pdf using adobe acrobat pro v9

2) pdf sent users can modify pdf , save
changes.

3) i've made work taking pdf, selecting "advanced" , then
selecting "extend features."   (this makes form editable, , save-able by
end users.)

4) our issue when extend features, option "sign" appears on
the top of pdf.  want eliminate sign option users won't
get confused , think have use it.

 

does know how can remove sign option when extending features recipient of pdf cannot see option?
