Paste not responsive in CS5?

hi all,

 

all designers @ company having trouble pasting fireworks cs5.  on macs.

 

essentially, fireworks has focus, in particular document, , hit cmd-v paste.

 

nothing.

 

hit command-v again , works fine.

 

of course not 100% of time, i'm going estimate it's happening 80%.

 

anyone else having problem?  know how fix?  remembering hit cmd-v twice every time paste, , 20% of time getting duplicate objects, pain in butt.

 

cs4 worked fine.
