Submit button to an email address not working?

created submit button sending complete pdf form email address, works fine on computer 8.3 pro version. when send else use adobe reader won't work, returns error message. isn't whole idea of form able able send data? email address wron in profile , won't let me change it...  dg-brown@att.net  tried using fdf , xfdf format suggests, didn't work either.

the problem may on other machine, 1 of major problems using e-mail submission. e-mail submission requires user machine configured. aa9 (or maybe aa8), additional options setup did not require mapi active on machine, there apparently problems. if data file being sent, there not reader rights issue. looks using acroforms since mentioned fdf , xfdf (designer uses xml) data formats. may client using earler version of reader before ar9 , issue.

 

the safest way send data web script on server, not e-mail. setting not easy, safest mentioned.

 

i have not answered problem such, given indication of why may having problem.
