Thread: help for installing skype and so on

hi! maybe not righy forum, please me!
new linux user, after 20 window's years , it's difficult me:

1. i've tried install skype , appears error
   
   1. error: dependency not satisfiable libasound2
   
   
2. i received upgrading 8.04 version 10.03.1 version. created cd and, after restarting pc....error
   
   1. e: unable locate package files, perhaps not debian disc
   
   
3. i have external hard disk. plugged in usb port and.... error:

it's not possible mount drive

i crazy....i format , reinstall windows...but want win!
can me?
