404 Error with mod_rewrite - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
hi,
when try turn on "use apache mod_rewrite" i've got 404 error on pages
i renamed htaccess.txt .htaccess, added url of website $live_site
mod_rewrite installed on server.
joomla installed in root # rewritebase / not uncommented
what problem?

if want enable seo settings, review following documents , set seo settings accordingly. may have type site url in variable $live_site in file configuration.php or use .htaccess file.
