I am looking for a good PHP IDE with a Joomla plugin - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi everyone. hope correct zone/thread question. looking php ide joomla plugin assist me in creating extensions joomla cms enabled websites. jackpot find php ide joomla plug-in , build-in intellisense kind of function when create extensions joomla inside php ide brings joomla classes , when press ‘.’ (dot) drops down list of methods , properties inside joomla classes.

i did homework , came across following 3 pieces of software seems have functionality want. 1. codeigniter(www.codeigniter.com), 2. codelobster (joomla / jquery / code igniter plug-ins)(www.codelobster.com) , 3. webuilder 2010 (php, ruby, javascript, asp, etc. plug-ins)(www.blumentals.net/webuilder)

i don’t mind buying 1 of 3 mentioned products above don’t know 1 best. south african rand not strong , don’t want make wrong choice here. please me advice if had exposure of these 3 php ide’s or maybe know of other 1 not listed here. of advise me try each 1 out myself don't have time on side , therefor nice if out there went through experience already.
