Illustration tracking

does know if can find out illustrations have been referenced publication without having check each 1 individually using object properties box?

 

i have inherited large technical publication 120 chapters , on thousand illustrations. however, suspect half illustrations needed. delete unwanted ones can't find elegant (i.e. easy) way discern ones needed.

 

i using fm 9 on vista.

the archive plugin help:

this plugin creates copy of framemaker book/document uses, , puts separate folder. if create complete archive (including graphics folder), delete original graphics (which located in single folder) , put graphics in new graphics (archive) folder, you've got need.
