Newsflash module not showing up - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

so i'm trying add newsflash module, , won't show in preview. ideas? won't shop no matter template use. however, if position in different places, makes blank hole in page it's supposed be.

here few things check:

first, sure newsflash module "enabled."

also check "menu assignments" module make sure set show on pages want.

another possible problem sure "position" publishing available in template using.

also, newsflash, specify section / category want pull content from. check sure correct. make sure articles in category published , set "public" access (assuming want see items).

the newsflash module pretty reliable use, once of settings correct.
