Unable to Get Real Player to Work

hello,

 

i using firefox version 5.0 windows xp. when open real player tells me need down load

new software before can play clip. so, clicked on , takes me adobe site , says need down load

adobe flashware. so, have done several times. shows installed in programs on computer panel

when search can find located anywhere on computer.

 

also, using clamwin anti virus. turned off , still no luck real player. have rebooted , tried

everything know how do.

 

i used use avg saw not supposed compatible latest version of firefox. hope can help.

hi, boy forum busy!! starting thread. have flash player installed in internet explorer also?

 

if go adobe test site , test each browser:

 

http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ 

 

let me know if can see animation , version of flash player listed installed.

 

 

do first , we'll see else may causing problem.
