Upgrading cooledit 2000 -> 1.0 -> 1.5 -> 3.0 without installing all

i've purchased cooledit 2000 way back, audition 1.0 audition 1.5. have purchased audition 2.0 part of (forgot exact name) cs2 media package. have since uninstalled cooledit, 1, 1.5 1 machine, , kept 2.0 on another

i purchase upgrade 3.0 either upgrade 2.0 or way cooledit.

 

but i'd without having have previous version(s) installed successful upgrade 3.0.

ideally, i'd have 3.0 upgraded on other machine (so i'd keep 2.0 on 1 machine)

 

is such upgrade scenario possible? thing keeping me upgrading.

installing audition 3.0 need have serial number of previous release availlable type in, without other release installed.
