'Connection Error' Sample RTMP video used to work, now no longer works?!

hello all,

 

i had fms 3.5 developer package installed on server installed month ago. used able go /webroot/ page see sample rtmp video play , worked great. today, go view page , find no longer plays. "connection error. please preee play try again."

 

pressing play button nothing, click rtmp thumbnail , reloads ony give me same error again.

 

i can click http thumbnail , see video play fine. but, want rtmp , after on hour on phone managed hosting tech, can't find wrong.

 

here's thing: haven't done anything, have not changed anything, have not manipulated server software whatsoever. stopped working , gives me "connection error."

 

i checked port 1935 open, , is.

 

updated:

when click on rtmp thumbnail, after 'connection error' message comes in player, following things happen in server's error log:

"file not exist: /folder/folder/folder/fcs"

"file not exist: /folder/folder/folder/open"

the corresponding ip own.

 

the /folder/folder/folder/ corresponds public_http folder , related file structure website, not rtmp server. have no idea why f
ms looking in public_http fcs , open, is.

 

thoughts?

 

please help? many in advance!

did check if fms running , logs see errors - core or edge or master?
