Is there a way to pre-render clips?

hi,

i'm shooting full hd 1080 on camcorder , when import clips pre, takes forever render them -- on i7 computer w/ 12 gb of memory.

is there way me import clips , pre-render of them @ once create projects, they're rendered , can work comfortably them?

dv-avi , hdv footage not need rendered in premiere elements until add effects or transitions them.

the easiest solution convert avchd footage hdv footage , import hdv project, per faqs right of forum.
