Uploading files to FMS...I need help and specifics, please

hello all,

 

my current managed hosting plan uses vps, , had 1 of techs install fms me.

 

how place flv/f4v files in (/vod directory, example) rtmp server? ftp won't recognize rtmp...what overlooking?

well can use php if available on vps provider. can write , upload script on php uses ftp or http upload.
