Noixacl: Block users from editing public content problem - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i using joomla 1.5.14/, noixacl 2.0.6 content adapter 1.5.5.
i developing sporting clubsite many teams.
each user can part of team , submit team articles site.
these articles must shown visitors (public).

now question: after logging in want user able edit submitted article.
this possible, however, can edit other public articles on site (e.g. frontpage articles).
this not should be.

i followed blueflyingfish tutorials (e.g. project 2).
however, content registered (sections). not want because new articles have open viewing everyone.

any help?
