Pixelated image in both Loupe and Developp modes (LR3.2)

i wonder if observe issue:

often when making kind of changes image,it appears performance reason extremely pixelated, if blurred. when zoom-in , zoom-out, or add-and-remove lens profile, lr renders image in resolution.

 

i found no specific "setup" option in lightroom menus, nor hint sort of rendering mode in manual.

 

is phenomenon observed others well?
