Premiere Pro CS3 - need to capture video from Videonics mxprodv

hello folks - hoping can me capture video videonicx mxprodv switcher cs3 capture window. not sure settings right. videonics listed in hardware no image coming through firewire. window keeps saying device offline. thanks!
