Sign Document with Signature validated Automatically

hi everyone

 

 

i want sign pdf document  certificate “.pfx”, have adobe pro extended  , visual studio 2008 , i’m using visual c sharp develop application until here it’s  ok problem after sign document when open document  adobe can’t verify signature , timestamp,  need validate signature manually  , don’t need that, need validate signature , timestamp automatically because need distributed lot pdf sign documents customers , can’t  provide exclusive solutions each 1 of them validate segnatures, hope can me issue.

what mean "can't verify"?  validity unknown?  why? 

 

most due unknown root certificate .pfx.  root/ca .pfx?
