Joomla 1.5.15 editor doesn't show all funtions also - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello, downloaded package com_jce_15_156 , extracted them folder im working, replaced 2 files 1 of them called jce.xml, in order able use complete editor in joomla, still not working,

can guide me folder or folders shoud install them , of them?
also have tried changing no editor use editor tinymce user manager , global configuration without results.

you're over-complicating things. jce packaged in 2 forms (a) plugin , component (b) combined package containing both of plugin , component. (a), both plugin , component have downloaded , installed separately. in (b) process simplified, there 1 download , 1 installation package.

there no need extract archives , replace xml files. use joomla! installer.
