CP 5 Closed Captioning

i'm trying change number of lines in closed captioning 3 defau

lt 2 lines.  far cp5 has not let me this.  suggestions?

this option available in menu "project > skin editor > settings button". invoke 'cc project settings' dialog using can set lines.
