Premiere CS5 crash in new Mac Pro 2010

i have 2 problems:

 

1. when make double cick in premiere icon, program don't start. see previous premiere window 4 last projects, can not select anything, because pointer mouse become beach ball. have turn off program alt+cmd+esc.

 

2. big problem. premiere cs5 5.0.0 crash editing while i'm making marks in , out in source window or playing timeline. 3 monitors became black or freeze, mouse disapears, sounds freeze , have restart power button.

 

i have last mac pro 2010, 2,8ghz quad-core intel xeon, mac os x 10.6.4, 8gb ram, ati radeon 5870, 3 x hard disk 2 tb, 3 monitors connected trought dvi double chanel, , 2 minidisplayport-dvi double chanel.

any or doubt explanation?

is premiere pro application in such problems occur? did problem start happening? did premiere pro cs5 work without these problems before; and, if so, has changed?

 

i recommend install premiere pro cs5 (5.0.2) update. update fixes lot of problems.

 

because you're on mac osx v10.6.4, be sure apply graphics update apple.

 

also, please make sure graphics card drivers , other drivers date.

 

try disconnecting 2 of monitors , running 1 monitor. problem still occur?
