Global settings not working

hi,

 

i'm using windows 7 (64bit) firefox (32bit) 3.6.8 , flash version 10,1,82,76. website storage settings panel not let me save changes, everytime move slider reset 'none' reload page. none of options on global settings panel working me.

i've done lot of searching around try , find fix, far i've tried

removing flash files %appdata%

removed files c:\windows\syswow64\macromed

uninstalling+reinstalling flash

uninstalling flash player program adobe

disabling windows firewall,

disabling avg free anti virus

disabling browser add-ons+plugins (bar flash ones)

i have tried using chrome , internet explorer , both produce same results - not letting me alter global settings

my username 'julian' (i've read there problem usernames '.' in)

i'm running administrator on account have tried administrator account , normal user account same results.

my laptop has same problem (with difference in setup being it's windows 7 32bit)

 

i've run out of solutions try.

does have ideas how help?

hi, can should not difficult. go adobe test site , use each browser test.
