Illustrator: how to import Corel Draw files?

i have corel draw file , open in illustrator, doesn't work. there way solve problem?

illustrator cs5, fyi, can open coreldraw x5 , previous versions, given file not corrupted (not sure mac coreldraw files though, speaking windows experience).

 

but

 

coreldraw x5 can open illustrator cs4 far know, based on experiences prior c.d. versions--it's 1 version less current adobe version.
