Stop Updater for 8.2.4

when upgraded acrobat 9 professional, deleted acrobat 8 mac.  every time reboot computer, bouncing update notification update acrobat 8.2.4, not on computer.  if click yes, error message says "error 1301 - contents modified since original installation.  reinstall acrobat , check updates again."

 

adobe - how stop nonsense????  on computer updater can delete it?

 

this irritating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

please try following  steps:

1.go <user>/library/launchagents folder.

2.delete plist file starting “com.adobe.arm”

3.again,launch acrobat 9.

 

the update notification should not come on restarting..
