Flash Crashes Chrome & IE

i have tried fix can find.  including posts flash crash helper extrodinaire eidnolb

i've verified it's enabled.  can see logo on http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

i'm runnning 10.1.82.76 in ie , chrome. 

i've got less 12 month old dell running win7.

i've used uninstaller uninstall flash , reinstalled on ie.

i've uninstalled chrome , reinstalled.

 

still half time watch youtube video or website (e.g. espn.com) has flash ad on it, browser freezes...

 

help me eidnolb you're hope.

hi, had laugh @ description of me though:-) can see you've been reading. oh, espn, yes , cbs.com, , bbc ,etc.  don't know yet sports websites.

 

have checked flash folders see if flash files correct? when said "it" enabled, speaking of shockwave flash object ie? sure have flash player vs 10.1.82.76 installed?

 

ok, assuming of above correct, go site , check both boxes:

if got correct link, should global storage settings panel.

 

now may on espn. now on youtube, works thru browser, doubt setting site.

 

however, , may both. go youtube , bring video, right click on , settings, display settings , uncheck hardware acceleration feature.
