PSE 8 No longer Syncs with Photoshop.com

history:

ran out of room on photoshop.com pluss (20 gig)

pse8 not synch because of lack of space.

tried buy more - non of links worked

discovered reason - pse trying send photos.

corrected in preferences

did not free space.

backed catalog external hard disk

logged photoshop.com , deleted photos.

photoshop.com showed had 20 gigs availble

psp8 showed had used 18.9 gigs 2 gigs scheduled.

manually cleared albums on psp8 sharing or backing photoshop.com

now sync status shows 20 gigs available.

slected 2 albums (jpg photos only) share photoshop.com , display in gallery.

icons "backup/sync pending" visible.

click on view backup/sync stutus

it initializes , states synced.

nothing in photoshop.com - , pending sync icons still next albums.

 

now best part -

fire ipad - launcy ps express - no picutes or albums visible - expected. (they there before deleted them while logged photoshop.com on windows 7 machine.

uploaded 2 photos ipad photos.

they available in ps express , when log photoshop.com.

so sync working between ps express , photoshop.com not psp8.

 

spent 3 hours support on phone - absolutely usless - kept going off line check source?  asked if talk "source"  of course not - call me on monday weekend...............

will use dropbox backup , sync ipad

- share albums on photoshop.com if possible.

 

anybody else having trouble.......

have come realize ps express (on ipad) has taken control of photoshop elements plus account storage.

i deleted photo's photoshop.com , added 5 photos via ps express.

pictures viewable on photoshop.com.

appears 2 programs pse8 , ps express don't share photos.

anyone else have problem?
