hi , joomla contact component looks basic

i want add few items : website , radio button or drop down menu or phone inputbox

is there tips add theme ??

any php code hack or php file upgrade component ?!

i see extensions have problem rtl & langauge file , priority use default contact form of joomla way need add more items . plz me if can
