How to Link Text and Image as One Button?

i can convert image or text button, how link them both 1 button when mouseover either one, both turn color , when click on one, both turn color before jumping scene?

include image , text in button's layer set. design sub-picture highlight affect both.

 

just remember button defined rectangle, encompasses elements in button, , buttons (no part) may overlap other button.
