Registering problems in Joomla 1.5 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello all,

no-one able register in website (http://portal-gestao.com) after upgrading 1.14 1.15

i tried disabling sefs, changing htaccess.txt .htaccess , disabling captcha login, nothing seems work.

is out there can me?

this big issue me because need new users keep forum alive!
