hello! i having trouble color management ( i'm guessing). noticing huge difference in color saturation , brightness between develop , web modules. in develop mode, photo appears bright (the red shirt being overly-saturated).   i export photo jpeg, srgb, 640px, 72dpi develop mode. i1 calibrated, , prefer srgb.   the photo appears still bright when viewed in windows media player. but, when upload net (flickr shown, , i've tried photobucket , thru photobiz site) photo appears washed out. noticed in web module photo takes on same washed out compared same photo in develop.   is normal there such difference between actual file , uploaded internet file? did mess setting?   any direction can point poor, lost amateur appreciated!  thank :-) More discussions in Lightroom Feature Requests adobe

hello guys, i created page contains 10 anchors. this page , anchors #an1 #an10. not in sequence. however, 1 first bullet point , 8 last 1 , should enough question. my question is: when click on last anchor ( this link ), takes down not directly last bullet point. believe normal behaviour of browser/anchors, client concerned because needs anchors (all of them) go precise bullet point. what going on anchors not going bullet points (if there going on)? this indeed expected behavior. why? because there not enough page content below last bullet point scroll through. browser has reached page's "absolute bottom" making appear "stopping" @ different bullet. you can test putting in few hundred pixels of white space below last bullet point , try link again. btw - page not long enough nor bullets long enough warrant having many anchors. sure want use many anchors? i'm concerned usability issues visitors may annoyed type of unexpected linking behavior. ...

hi,   i have interactive swfs added captivate project. these swfs custom questions built in flash have gotoandplay actions upon submitting answer give feedback. have found if (within 1 second of question slide appearing) click answer , click "submit" swf goes feedback locks up.   to test can go here: http://www.invendev.com/test/tank/moxistbp_htm.htm after few intro slides arrive @ first question. select choice , click "submit." you'll see feedback may or may not play way through depending on how fast clicked.   does have idea why happening? behavior not happen when question swfs previewed outside of captivate, when added captivate slide.   thanks, rick from initial testing may have solved one. seems click box on slide is  culprit. had clickbox set no action , pause slide wait navigation instruction swf. since changed slide duration 3 seconds .6 haven't had more lock issues. at least, that's how on secondary computers. on dell inspiron b120, flash 10.1 latest train wreck when comes playing youtube videos in full screen. disabling hardware acceleration helped little, shouldn't happening uninstalled 10.1 , installed archived version of flash 10 better playback , h/w acceleration enabled. laptop uses xp sp3 , firefox.   simply put, flash 10.1 feels lot slower 10 on dell laptop (1.4 ghz celeron-m, intel 915g video, 512 mb ram)   and there's odd minor problem seem having flash animations on main computer , other computer/laptop have using flash 10.1. alternating 'lag' every few seconds; it's computer dropping frames because cpu can't keep up. understand this, happening on practically flash animation throw @ computer. tested flash movie (swf format) on main computer (2.8 ghz amd athlon x2 240; 2 gb ram, windows 7 x64, firefox) , irritating choppy lag here , there. again, previous flash version 10, did not have problem @ all. silky smo...

hello, have thinkpad t61 atheros ar5212 wifi card. ever since ubuntu went open source driver (ath5k) madwifi drivers, i've had issues wifi connectivity. problem wifi connectivity drops 5-30 seconds every few minutes. lot of remote command-line , remote desktop work , starting drive me mad. i've scoured net , have not yet found solution. tried installing madwifi drivers once, , worked better, card doesn't work after wake machine suspend. can recommend mini pci-e wifi card works on ubuntu (and ideally, other distros) native drivers? if have laptop, running lucid, , have 0 problems wifi, i'd appreciate if take time lspci , post output. time. i'd recommend intel 5100. real cheap of ebay. however, won't work in thinkpad bios checks if cards original ibm/lenovo card during boot , refuses boot card installed. there workarounds, take @ before buying anything: http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/...
