i trying change page titles , keywords in site (before knew joomla site)... we don't know sure if caused problem, or (since site had been sitting there untouched long time). but page that's available online home page. internal pages seem have disappeared, or @ least links on homepage go pages show nothing on pages. when site owner asked me update keywords, didn't realize joomla site. first logged host , changed ftp password (since didn't know existing password was). added frontpage extensions server, since use frontpage... i realized joomla site (and after clicking links on homepage, noticed none of page links working). logged joomla admin area, , updated new ftp password. uninstalled frontpage extensions, wondering if have somehow screwed site. but didn't help. pages of site except homepage still seem gone. i have absolutely no idea what's going on here or how fix it. appreciated. site link http://www.attorneyfender.com thanks! - is sef turned on?...

i installed ubuntu yesterday on brand new hard drive , getting it. so, few hours ago started notice strange. periodically little blips in system. nothing major, or thought. periodic black screen lasted second or two. fixed tap of space bar. however... turned off machine , came hour ago. turned on , initial boot screen select want boot, , then... nothing. zip. nada. have manually gone in , ensured proper drive selected. starts boot , goes black. odd, yes. ok, that's not good, right? threw in ubuntu installation cd figuring try booting see if hd somehow defective. guess what? cd doesn't boot either. same thing hard drive. 9 seconds of original ubuntu purple screen , black. cannot boot ubuntu hard drive or ubuntu cd. but... slipped old vista hd machine, , booted fine. it's not machine. has in linux, can't fathom how affect cd, has not been in machine since did install. thoughts? anyone? bueller? ...

hey guys, i've searched problem on forum - , has appeared pop bit, no real avail cause. i've contacted host, awaiting response. basically i've created simple site -> www.moneahealth.com.au . after reading bit, got head around joomla , managed scrap together. however, error when placing large amounts of text in. i'm copying text straight out of microsoft word 2007 document, have other sections. in vegetable section however, it's 1,600 words long - joomla doesn't appear this. can rectify problem? doesn't joomla copy/paste ms, or word limit? any muchly appreciated, has been bugging me time. regards, sam hey sam... in fact hardly html wysiwyg editor having stuff pasted ms word. repeat after me... ms word , html don't mix thank there solution. get jce , use "paste ms word" function... if doesn't use "paste plain text". both of these strip out lot of formatting in word... why should never use ms word. good luck , welcome web manage...
