so ever following style characters @ seemingly random times:  â€�?  working in cs4 , break various chapters of books up, , best of knowledge, have formatting correct prior converting epub.  however, @ weird chapters above occurs in lieu of quotes, dashes or other similar punctuation.  seems random (one book of 7 chapters had chap 3, while book of 31 chaps has in 2, 9, 13, 14, 21 , 22).  thanks! it has happened me often, , despite trying hard haven't been able track reason why. copying text brand new document , exporting epub there has worked fix though. i'm running cs5 5.02 on windows 7 professional 64-bit x58a-ud3r mobo, i7 930, 12 gb ram, , gtx 470.  footage non-widescreen ntsc dv.   i put 100 clips or on 1000 clips on sequence.   when go file-->export , start exporting video small work area (10 seconds or less), brings dialogue box says "encoding sequence 01" , doesn't make progress painfully long time if there many clips on sequence.  more clips in sequence, longer waits before exporting.  if isolate same clip in empty sequence , try export same small work area, exports file.   i've tried several export formats: mpeg2, h264, quicktime, etc., same results.  exporting still jpeg work on large sequence, slow export video.   it's if premiere trying encode entire sequence though i've told encode small work area.  still exports small work area requested, not entire sequence. have setting wrong?   can please try replicate and/or give me advice?  seems unnecessary premiere "think" l...

i've been working in pse8 4-6 weeks , loving it.  last week decided load software came camera work raw photos.  ever since i've been unable work in pse8 editor.  started when went erase texture nothing happening.  next step opening editor close , give me error message (i can't remember message said anymore), digressed opening , closing no error message.   the first thing did remove camera software , when didn't work unistalled & installed again, pse8.   i spent 45 minutes adobe support , thing able set user id on computer.  can open & use editor on new id can't load of new actions i've accumulated because new user id doesn't have access program data folder.   my preference working again under original user id nothing i've done far has made difference.   has else run problem?  i've seen lot here organizer acting same way nothing yet on editor not working.  if have insight please share it.  thank you. you might try dele...

i have created pdf file streaming video. in other words, using multimedia tool in acrobat 9, specify rtmp url points specific video on our streaming video server. works in pdf.   after packaging pdf in acs4, streaming video not work in resulting ebook.   is there restriction preventing streaming video using rtmp protocol working? has successfuly placed streaming video in ebook? ade supports playing of embedded swf files in pdf or epub.  streaming video not supported (and there no current plans support either). i've been using adobe premiere pro cs4 7 months now, , reason problem has been occurring last month or so.  when import videos project, every few seconds or so, sound creates small echo lasts half second sounding audio skipping briefly.  not happen in original video before import it.  example.  when says "that guy ran brick wall." audio sounds "that gu-guy ran bri-ck-ck wall." instead.  if re-render footage or dump preview files , start scratch, audio still sounds that.  i've tried dumping imported files project, not rendering them, , exporting 1 big file doesn't help.  i've tried 1 video @ time , video between 30 - 60 seconds in length.  don't know begin fix this.  know it's not file type because i've used same settings since began using program.  camera use record footage still uses exact same settings.  help? what file type, , specs. of audio?   tell system, i/o sub-system, i.e. hdd's, size, speed, amount of free space, co...

not sure exact version of flash because new one.  if working correctly i view flash version on web site.  "strings" command on libflashplayer.so shows entered below though.   flash version: shockwave flash 10.1 r82 linux version: centos 4.8 (updated via yum on years 4.5).  2.6.9-89.0.25.elsmp firefox version: 3.0.19-1.el4.centos / 3.0.19   here happens.  use lnx 9,0,48,0 flash worked in past , still does for things youtube.  things requiring flash won't display though , ask me to update.  have updated repeatedly 10 1 of 2 things happens:   1) flash version still shows lnx 9,0,48,0.  believe because did not have correct location put libflashplayer.so, or 2) try view should work 10 , black box.  assume means libflashplayer.so in its     correct location somehow causing error , not being recognized.  trying view flash version tells me have     update.  if update through yum says installed.  ...

i'm running 9.04, , wanted use gmail's talk , video features. registered gmail, , had install deb called google-talkplugin_current_i386.deb , , after installation, gmail appeared if ready/ok chat, talk or video. noticed .deb not shown under synaptic, 'standard' deb, in interests of 3rd party software not running on computer, uninstalled it. went looking in synaptic, , have 'gtalk'. required, run talk or video under web browser, after logging gmail account ? or, should use empathy ? thanks, oygle i have empathy 2.30.3 installed. has google talk included 1 of protocols. ? want able talk on internet, speaking , listening (output audio , input audio). hi everyone,   i investigating requirements new project , wanted ask few questions fms if you'd kind. site i'm building (amongst other things) stream video has been uploaded (predominantly site admin, potentially users) , need solution this. additionally (ideally) site live broadcasts every , users can watch. result questions are:   - presumably need add encoding software onto site convert various file formats flv fms can play them (as doesn't include conversion functionality)?   - using relatively powerful dedicated server, suggested install fms on totally different server or can run on main server (as long aren't serving ridiculous amounts of video simultaneously).   -am right in saying if use fms won't work on iphone or ipad because of lack of flash support? true if use h.264 videos rather flvs? understanding h264s won't work because player flash , hence can't read player, despite bein able read video format. there way round this?   -can fms used allow us...

i have installed cs5 bridge , wish manually load latest update bridge.   on update download page @ adobe bridge update under cs5 see there 2 updates listed --4.0.2 --4.0.3   do need load each in order or latest one? just latest. each update replaces last.
